Sophomore Alanna Smith was seeded 28th/29 and finished 25th at PIAA states in the 100m in 12.79!!! So happy for her! 👍🏻

Girls 4x1 gave it their all, but a tiny slip of a handoff kept them from improving and making finals. Still broke 49 with a 48.94!!! #sophs

Abigail Dalton ended her HS career with a 13th place finish (19th seed) in the 3200m at PIAA states!!! So proud!!!

Girls 4 x 800m end up as 2nd place medalists with a 10 second best time for the season 9:38.89!!!!

Triple threat from Emmaus with 3 qualifiers for finals in the 200m dash!!! Alanna Smith, Kayla Smith, and Mackenzie Dries all sophomores!!!

1st place podium finish for Senior Abigail Dalton @AbbyXC123 shaving another 4 seconds off in the 3200m 11:00.83!!!

Another 1st place medal earned by Abigail Dalton @AbbyXC123 lifetime best 5:08.65!!! Kera Reinhard bumped to 7th with best time 5:22.91!

Jacob Brown bumped up to a 7th place finish in the 1600 m also with a best time of 4:37.32!!!

Awarded EPC League Champ Trophy to this most awesome girls team!!!

And the girls 4x400 pulled in a 3rd place medal with a season best time of 4:07 in another fast race with Easton beating the meet record!!!

D-11 3A 1,600-meter run: Emmaus Track & XC's Abigail Dalton wins with a time of 5:03.45. ACCHS Athletics' Emily and Alyssa Deschler make the state-qualifying time with 5:06.88 and 5:08.70, respectively.

After waiting 4 years, Abigail Dalton finally achieved her goal of a District XI GOLD 1st place medal 🥇 in an individual event! 5:03.45!!!!!
