Almost 9 months post-op. I'm still working hard to get back from this acl tear. I'm continuing my skills sessions with Coach Preston at Vedral Soccer to make sure I'm ready to return to the pitch. DKSC 07G ECNL-RL Jay Vielma

9.5 months post-op. I was hoping to be fully back this month but 1 leg is still slightly stronger than the other. Thankfully, I’m feeling great & will continue to work with my strength coach and PT & spend the next few weeks focusing on that leg. So close to being back. #acltear

I’m excited to spend my last year with a new team DKSC 07G ECNL-RL. I’m also VERY excited to announce after 10 months, I am finally cleared to return from my ACL tear. It has been a long hard road & and will continue to work with my PT and Exos but excited for this season Jay Vielma

Exactly 12 months ago, I tore my ACL. This weekend (a year later) I played my 1st games back. I still have work to do but I’m thankful to be back on the pitch & continue to see where this road leads. It’s been a hard but growing season & ready to keep working to get back to 100%
