As Iraqi PM Sudani met with Biden, Elizabeth Tsurkov's siblings protested outside of the White House.

Tsurkov was kidnapped in Iraq by Iran-backed militia Kataib Hezbollah. Lawmakers on both sides have urged the Biden admin to raise Tsurkov's case during Sudani's visit.
