This week’s achievement: spoke about the transition between student to newly qualified in an online seminar and spoke about my own experience. It was a surreal feeling when I was reflecting out load about how far I’ve come!

So tonight I stepped out of my comfort zone and went to a bungee fitness class on my own! Really enjoyed it, but I know for sure I’ll feel it tomorrow 🤕😂 #newoccupation

For the past two days I’ve helped two patients make phone calls to their family. A small activity to me is a big deal to them, something taken for granted. Might not have been physical therapy, but I hope it supported them in a mental well-being recovery. #foodforthought

Nice start to the week as today I got #mugged for educating and supporting the team with the new computer noting program 🥰

Busy weekend just gone! Saturday I helped volunteer on my first session with Caudwell Children Children 🦋 Then on Sunday I did a charity abseil of 25m and I’m glad to say I loved every minute of it and have raised £120 for the Aston Villa foundation! 🧗🏼‍♀️

Ending OT week on the biggest high I’ve had in a while. Loving my new rotation in neuro and it’s been such a productive week for my own personal learning.
