The other night I watched #Tiny on Netflix. The #tinyhouses inspired me to #simplify my social networking. That's the same, right?

I have decided that I really need to break up with the #naturalparenting community. I have had about enough of you #crunchy kids.

I like a lot about #naturalparenting. We practice gentle discipline. #Extendedbreastfeeding is the norm here. We #bedshare.

So where did it go wrong? It's the people. It's the community.

You had a #Csection? Well, that's okay, so long as you feel like shit about it.

#Breastfeeding didn't work out for you? That's okay, as long as you feel like shit about it.

You don't #cosleep because you can't sleep that way? Clearly you are just not zen enough.

The fault is on you #mom. The #naturalparenting community is sexist.

You can't afford #organic food? What are you spending all your money on? The #naturalparenting community is elitist.

It is like a group of people who want to pretend they all live in a cave while not acknowledging any of their #privilege.

But again, it's okay if you can't afford #oranic, #breastfeed, etc. You just can't feel good about it. You can't be confident.

That is not what #naturalparenting is, but just #Google your way through the community. This shit is at every corner.

After 3 years as part of this community, I am done. My daughter and I practically live outside, and my husband and I #liveintentionally

But I am not going to let strangers get me down because we occasionally eat #pizza, or watch a movie. What kind of life is that?

If I matter enough in #labor to choose my #birth setting, I matter plenty after my child is born too. #ThinkAboutIt.
