Ironically, life gets more uncomfortable when you try to avoid situations that make you uncomfortable. Exercising can be uncomfortable, but never moving is disconcerting. Uncomfortable convos are hard, but avoiding conflict leads to wars within yourself. Comfort zone has a cost.
