The fact that scalpers and their bots can do this with no action taken against them, yet real true fans who raised funds to buy even one ticket and lined up since morning can't get any - is truly unfair. Coldplay please fight for us.

There IS a precedent calling for ticketing reform: bbc.com/news/entertain… But apologies alone won't cut it. They need to rectify this issue. And acts like Coldplay need to give them the ultimatum to do so.
