I genuinely felt the need to talk about this. I’m so emotional for Harry, and more in particular Meghan after watching that interview. I sat in floods of tears after hearing that Meghan was in that gut wrenching place where she felt like she could not go on with life.

No one should have to feel like this. No matter if your royalty, celebrity or just a regular person. Hearing that what she’d dealt with had echoed some of my previous experiences with anxiety and depression and to be told you can’t have help is absolutely destroying.

To feel like your trapped is worst feeling in the world. I can completely understand the need to leave this toxic atmosphere in the UK. I’m upset with the hatred circulating around the internet about this interview.

When at the end of the day they are two humans that needed to escape for their own health and well-being. You never know what someone is going through, no matter what gender, race or rank in life. As always try to Be Kind.
