Health insurance companies are out this world. Been on the phone for nearly two hours with Aetna and still no resolution.

Three hours and 5 different people later who still don’t have a way of helping. This is a disgrace Aetna Aetna No records logged of reps I’ve spoken to and each one has directed me wrongly. And the patient portal doesn’t work properly.

Day two of dealing with Aetna Aetna health insurance. Still not a single person that has a clue on how to help me. How do these people stay in business.
