The more people I speak with the clearer it becomes that the ANC had a criminal agenda for the SAPS from the start. Cadres in all forms appointed as 'generals', making ranks cheap and criminals rich. The ANC, your local crime syndicate.

A SAPS top management skills audit must be done, investigations on political affiliation and corruption. If these things are not done, good cops on the ground cannot make a real impact. (Not even mentioning Dept. of Justice etc)
