I cannot say enough about the paper on "Nanoparticles in the clinic: An update post COVID-19 vaccines" by Aaron Anselmo Pharmacoengineering & Mol Pharmaceutics (DPMP UNC) and Samir Mitragotri Harvard University I predict many readings and many, many citations.
