Surprised my dad today to tell him I’m taking him to Omaha to watch Mississippi State Baseball play. His Alzheimer’s is setting in fast but I know he’s going to have a blast this weekend. Hail State!!!

In the spirit of the season, SA High School National Honor Society students collected supplies for the Oktibbeha County Humane Society and Cats of the Homeward Bound Project of Mississippi. It was a great success with many items under the tree!

We hope to see everyone this Friday, March 22, at the Volition Beauty and Beau Review at Rent Auditorium on MUW's campus. Doors open at 7 p.m, and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and available in the high school office or at the door the night of the event.

America, she loved you! She loved you so much she enlisted in the National Guard! She was so proud to take her oath just a few weeks ago to serve our State and Country. She might not have held a title for our military, but she was a true General for the Lord. I am so proud.

These 2 new fire trucks are part of the way we protect our citizens and honor our community. They are beautiful and they are life saving additions. Merry Christmas to Starkville.

My sister, Lake Little, passed away nearly two years ago today. Tonight during the National Championship parade in Starkville, Mississippi State Baseball road on the fire truck Starkville Fire Dept dedicated to her memory. She didn’t get to cheer them on in Omaha, but she was with them tonight.

The Mississippi State University JFC Health Ambassador training took place in Starkville, MS today. The ambassadors serve as community health advocates right in their own communities! We currently have ambassadors at 4 universities, and we will be adding another this year! 🎉
