As we enter a new year, Hebrews 3:15 reminds us: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”

What has the Holy Spirit been trying to tell you? How might He be comforting or convicting you if you would only have the ears to hear? Oh Father, help us to listen and obey, to trust and to love.

Thinking about Judas lately. About how Jesus knew what Judas would do and still taught him. Prayed for him. Loved him. How? Because Jesus lived out his sermons: he loved his enemies and prayed for those who persecuted him. Feels impossible, but we are called to do the same.

I am so grateful that when I thought I could no longer hold on to the Lord, He held on to me.

1/ Observation: Over the past 2 days alot of people having posting on Twitter to ask (somewhat rhetorically) "What happened to Eric Metaxas, he's become so unhinged?" The truth is that nothing *happened* to Eric. He simply took off the mask he'd word for years.
