Just your typical Millennial London Girl. Well, except the whole neurodiverse, opinionated, bisexual, feminist-Disney-Princess thing.

All opinions, all mine!

On this day of awareness & acceptance, let’s support those who feel voiceless but are trying to speak up. And to people like myself who are in a position of privilege, please use your voice to share your experiences *and* to clear space for those whose voices are so often stifled

It was an absolute pleasure, so thank you for asking! The energy in the room and sharing the stage with incredible fellow advocates and campaigners was an amazing start to my busy #MentalHealthAwarnessWeek. Grateful to represent NABS, and to share my personal experiences.

"I was part of a club. Whether or not any of us wanted to join was irrelevant." Yup, that just about sums up the hive effect of living with long term mental health issues, and I'm trying not to cry at my desk. Thank you for writing this. To everyone else, please, please read it

‘In the face of ignorant assumptions, I make a point and do so kindly. If I can’t do both, I choose kindness... I know that if I get distracted by their judgement, I will fail.’ Wise words from McKinsey & Company’s Vivian Hunt DBE at Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership’s #waclgather

‘Sometimes you have to take yourself out of an ecosystem in which you won’t be able to thrive... be fearless in what you expect from the environment in which you work.’ Vivian Hunt DBE inspires #waclgather to demand more from their workplaces. A NABS-y sentiment indeed!

Oh. My. God. @Charlie_Craggs you are AMAZING. In a day full of inspirational speakers your story rang with honesty, vulnerability and compassion, even for those who don’t understand you. All of us at #waclgather support you, and the first standing ovation of the day backs that up

The panel of changemakers, the atmosphere in the room and the chance to talk about puppies: truly, the best start to the day I can imagine! Thank you to Ogilvy UK for having me, and to the *incredible* Gabi Field, who founded #OgilvyRewired after only 6 months in the business 💪

I couldn't be more honored to be included on this list, the first of it's kind. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along this journey: having a platform to advocate for understanding, acceptance and most importantly *kindness* is a more than I ever hoped for 😊🌺💫🌈💡

A reminder: breathe in, breathe out. You are valued, you are loved and the world is a richer place for having you here. That little voice in your head that tells you otherwise will probably win some days, but try not to make today one of them.

Owning our agency and capacity for change is crucial, and that quote sums it up beautifully. Just as it is true, I believe the world is an ecosystem. If one small thing changes, like the absence of an individual, the knock on effect can be drastic in ways we'd never understand.

Hi Lily. I don't believe my original tweet promoted passivity or a 'one person can change the word' philosophy at all. Nonetheless, thank you for your thoughts. I hope we all are working that little bit more to finding our own purpose and meaning in life.

When thinking about Wednesday, some decide to wear pink. Don't get me wrong - I'm a big fan of pink, but I choose to follow a lead of a slightly different sort...

So proud of Nicky - a long-term colleague, ally and all around wonderful person. Her journey has been a learning experience for all of us at NABS, but on a personal level it's helped me to see some of my parent's own experiences in a new light. Kindness as a basic, indeed 💫💪🌺

It's a grey and wet Monday morning after a weekend that passed by all too quickly. But at NABS HQ we have Chet Baker playing and coffees with my homemade double chocolate cookies on desks, and it feels like a cosy little bubble of warmth. No MondayMorningFeeling for us!🌈

If you're doing yoga, making sourdough, volunteering and becoming a Zoom expert, I'm proud of you. If you're getting out of bed, remembering to shower and feeding yourself, I'm proud of you. If you're doing something in the middle, I'm proud of you. We're all doing our best, ok?

#YouClapForMeNow I'm a second and third generation immigrant. Every single one of us needs to make sure that once the clapping stops, we don't let the nation forget.

Yes, the world is a very odd, rather scary place right now. But it's the start of a new week, and there are adorable lil ducklings on a shimmering pond, and if nothing else feels good at least that's a reason to smile #MondayMotivation

Thrilled to have started a new role at Chambers Diversity, Equity & Inclusion! Looking forward to seeing what the next few months brings, and excited to be working with an organisation who truly value D&I as a crucial part of the conversation.

It's great to see Camden highlighting the hard work of the JW3 food poverty programme, where I volunteered for most of the last year. Their work is incredible, but as with any programme like this it shouldn't be necessary. If you can, please support your local food bank!
