My car chapstick is not doing well

instead of “fuck I gotta clean”, I think “i deserve to work and live in a clean space”. Instead of “ugh i gotta workout”, I tell myself “I deserve to live a healthy life with the people I love”. so many things we can accomplish by reframing our mindset.

childhood trauma has almost everything to do with how people act out as adults and once we realize where it starts we can prevent it for future generations by being better parents.
