2017 Architizer Awards winner, the Public Safety Answering Center II (Bronx, NY) by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. ELLANA, as part of the design team, provided cost estimating on the project from Concept to CD.

Set for completion in Fall 2018, the New York State Equal Rights Heritage Center (Auburn, NY) by nARCHITECTS PLLC , is well into construction. ELLANA was fortunate to be apart of the design team for this project.

The largest construction project in URI's history is well underway. Designed by Ballinger, the new building will host multidisciplinary learning and research space. As cost-consultant, we had the opportunity to see the project progress from Concept to CD.

MIT’s next undergraduate housing project, The Vassar St. Residence Hall, is now under construction. The design team, led by Michael Maltzan Arch with DiMella Shaffer serving as AoR, has officially entered into Construction Administration. Ellana Construction Consultants served as the team's cost-consultant.

On the same block as The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, sits “38 Sixth Avenue,” a mixed-use, affordable housing development designed by SHoP for @ForestCityREIT. ELLANA, as a part of the development team, was brought on to the project during CD for cost estimating.

We had the opportunity to participate in a specialist role for the SUCF Facilities Master Plan with Perkins&Will (2012). The plan provided SUCF with a ten year forecast of renovations to be done throughout their facilities in Albany, NY.

Harlem Hospital Center Modernization with HOK (Designing the built environment) (2008). ELLANA provided cost consulting from concept through construction phase; thanks in part to TDX Construction, who brought us in for project controls after our work with HOK.

The revitalization of UMass Lowell’s historic Coburn Hall has now begun. Invited on to the design team by CBT Architects as their cost consultant, we had the opportunity to work alongside Compass Project Mgmt and Suffolk Construction to bring the project to life. Completion is set for 2020.

Bronx C.C. Gould Library Roof Restoration with Beyer Blinder Belle (WIP). Originally designed for NYU by McKim, Mead & White and completed in 1900, BBB were chosen to restore the historical library for CUNY. We had the great opportunity to provide cost consulting on the project.

When The Dalton School decided upon the ways it would re-imagine itself for the 21st century, it hired Skidmore, Owings & Merrill to create the physical space. That space will come as a two story addition, the school's new STEAM center. We were fortunate to play a role in this great project.

The NYU Langone Health Energy Building is a project with a story appropriate for the times. The building was designed out of a need to protect the NYU Langone campus from extreme conditions. We’re fortunate to have the opportunity to work with NYULMC on vital, and leading edge projects.

In line with their history of forward-thinking academic programming, Choate Rosemary Hall, opened The Lanphier Center in 2015. CRH was inspired by the incubator spirit of MIT's Building 20 when they planned their STEAM center with Pelli Clarke & Partners.

Eero Saarinen’s iconic 1962 TWA Flight Center stood vacant for nearly 15 years. Earlier this century, Beyer Blinder Belle and LUBRANO CIAVARRA were given the opportunity to re-imagine the space as a hotel. We had the opportunity to provide cost estimating from initial planning through CD.

The new Columbia Business School campus has been called the centerpiece of Columbia’s Manhattanville Master Plan. DS+R designed two buildings for the school that reflect the direction that the practice of business is headed—increasingly globalized and interdisciplinary.

Completed in 2018, SUNY Stony Brook's MART building is the University’s new center for cancer research and care. The building was designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners in collaboration w/ AECOM . During both pre-con and construction, we worked with the CM, LiRo, to provide cost management.
