Today the #ksleg House voted to override @govlaurakelly veto of HB 2238, the anti-trans student athlete bill.

This morning, #ksleg began the 2023 veto session. Governor Laura Kelly vetoed a historic number of bills, 15, and now it’s up to the legislature to sustain her vetos on these dangerous bills. Contact your legislators NOW and urge them to sustain all vetos.

It has been a very tough past two days in the #ksleg. Check out the eight house and four senate seats that we lost by a small margin in 2022 and 2020, respectively. We can flip these seats — with your help! — in 2024 and end the supermajority in both chambers.
