Awesome day yesterday with these two at the OWA Ontario Championships. The Elite Athletics Weightlifting team from HYBRID crushed it. Kaz finished 5/6 for a total of 100KG & Molly captured gold in the Junior & Youth 45KG class, tying her PR of 82KG total.
