@sprint stops service on my phone, decides my phone is obsolete as they switch to T-Mobile then make me pay for a new phone!!!! Worst customer service ever! You break my phone, force me to get a new one and force me to pay fees to "upgrade" to a one that works on their system.

Then @sprint tries to sell me more crap. I'm dropping $100 because they are forcing me to break my lease and get a new phone. @sprint cares nothing about loyal customers. I guess that means T-Mobile now too. Worst customer service. Also can you not find Americans to work for you

Then @sprint T-Mobile hangs up before I can get the new phone...3+ hours on the phone. I have never been this frustrated. Except last time I dealt with @Sprint.

Now @sprint @ tmobile, after hanging up on me, keeps calling the non-working #, leaving voicemails I can't return telling me to call back...from the broken phone. While I am on hold with them with Jared's phone. This is ridiculous. Time for a new service. Maybe Verizon
