We celebrate our school psychologist today and every day! We are so grateful to have Stefani Merlo support our students, staff and families Reisterstown ES. I was lucky enough to serve with her years ago and it’s great to be on the same team again! 💚💙 BCPS School Psychologists

We (myself included!) have to be more mindful of the way we talk about kids to other adults when we’re upset.

I’m noticing a pattern about the words teachers use when talking about students in certain demographics and it’s nasty, y’all.

Punishment doesn’t stop behavior.

It teaches people to get better at hiding it.
