Yes, excercising is important for mental welbeing but so is eating out. Having been in both a gym and restaurants pre Lockdown 2, I can honestly say I feel way safer in a restaurant. I can go get a tattoo but can't have someone in a mask serve me a meal from 1m away. Tier 3 sucks
