It was an absolute honor to speak at the dedication ceremony of a historic marker in Canton this morning.  There has never been a more critical time to confront our history and I am so proud of my community for coming together to get this project completed.

Still far to go, but clear progress in Baltimore

Your GOP Senator just voted to kick 17 million people off their healthcare, close hundreds of hospitals, raise household energy costs, and eliminate school meals for 18 million kids. And those same “fiscal conservatives” just raised the deficit by $3.3 trillion.

Caught a full MTA Maryland train to and from BWI this morning! And got to catch up with one of our fantastic fare enforcement officers. In addition to checking fares, he was helping riders with directions and ensuring safety on the train.

Yet another amazing celebration of art, culture, and life at the Cherry Hill Arts and Music Waterfront Festival on July 4 and #Team46 was there to celebrate! We got to enjoy the festival with our incredible partners & the tireless community leaders that make this event possible.

Thank you to Team 46 for showing up strong at Brooklyn Field Day with the Mobile District Office last Wednesday. Connecting with residents where they are remains a top priority, and events like this help us stay engaged and responsive to the needs of the community.

The MLC scorecards have now been published! I am so grateful for the tireless work of the MLC in their support of grassroots groups across Maryland. Their commitment to justice, equity, and progress moves our state further every single day.
