Went to Woburn Heritage Centre today - where it all started 3 years ago when stumbled across this display on Eleanor and her crosses.

What a privilege to be at King Harold’s Day yesterday at Waltham Abbey – laying of wreaths and the blessing the new King Harold head stone.

We spoke about a Queen’s presence, as Eleanor’s body lay here, and about the Celtic belief that if the Queen was absent the land would ail.

In 2015 the local civic council erected this wonderful plaque to Eleanor’s memory as no cross now stands in Grantham. #EleanorShow

Despite difficult acoustics the candle lit Chapter House created a wonderful atmosphere, her story was told, people listened, mulled wine was drunk. The knowledge that she would have walked talked and prayed on these very stones meant we all felt her presence. #EleanorShow

Thank you to all who came and shared the evening with us and to Lincoln Cathedral for their hospitality. Tonight we are very excited to perform in Harby Parish Church close to the Manor House in which she died. #EleanorShow
