A paper done with care over the years, with a beautiful team about Gipuzkoa Sports School model. ☺️ According to the obtained results, it creates a context to influence a Postive Youth Development. Promoting multisport instead of early sports specialization, is one of the keys!☑️

The aim of this study was to evaluate and describe the Gipuzkoa School Sport Programme (GSSP) from the positive youth development (PYD). The research was carried out based on CPAR (Critical Participatory Action-Research) methodology:

The choice of prioritizing multisport and deliberate play and putting early specialization aside seem key conditions to ensure PYD-promoting environments.
