On a picket line for the 6th time in 8 years! No Lecturer wants this disruption for their learners. But, as the cost of living goes through the roof, individuals need to be prepared to stand together for fairness.

Took my son to his first picket line this morning (4 weeks old). We stopped all teaching at the college, lots of support from students and passers by. Jamie Hepburn MSP please intervene to end the strike and resulting boycott! #PayWeDeserveBetter EISFela

My Glasgow Kelvin College lecturers are on strike again demanding fair pay (not even a real terms increase!) so I made them a sign. They are all talented, supportive, amazing humans. This is the least they deserve (the pay, they deserve way more than a sign!) #fairpay #strike EISFela
