According to Jesus, a “great” person is one who gets down on his hands and knees to serve other people (John 13:14,15).

It’s vital that people see their leaders’ willingness to come down to their level and identify with them.

An effective leader preaches the Word and then climbs down into the pit with his people in order to help them climb up to higher ground.

Jesus will NEVER fail you—He has promised that He is WITH you, and that He will strengthen and uphold you (see Isa 41:10).

We should take time to thank God for everything He has done and is doing in our lives. And we should praise Him for Who He is.

Don't always gripe and complain. Instead, be thankful and give God praise with the fruit of your lips.
