Is it just me, but is it impossible to get real support for any Microsoft product? I am locked out of Skype and their virtual assistants (which are truly terrible) just keep me going in a loop. This is a great example of when supposed AI becomes DI -dumb intelligence

Terrible experience with Chime Bank ChimeBank_we_Treat_U_Like_Sh!t!. Spent a week trying to get a charge reversed. They won't even look at it. Horrible customer service - major disappointment. @chimebank
