Alright so after these several long stressful weeks spent moving to another state.. I've gained 3lbs. I've been in denial since I was finally able to weigh myself for the first time the other day but it's time I get real so I can get back on track. Changing my CW from 112 to 115

Especially upset because I was FINALLY in <20 bmi for the first time 😭💔 I'm just trying to tell myself it's only 3lbs and I'll be back there in no time if I'm just consistent... it's just so painful to lose progress. I've been fluctuating around 115 lbs for MONTHS!!!

This is crazy I just lost 8 lbs in a week. 121 > 113 Granted when I weighed that high it was at the end of the day, after a binge, during my period, and when I weighed just now it in the morning, was after 1 week of consistent 900 cal intake, and NOT on my period lmao but stilll

Realistically it was more like 2 real lbs of fat lost. The rest was food/water weight. I've been doing the zig zag method so long I decided to try consistent <1K a day and it's been working so well! Will be back to my LW in no time hopefully and then beyond

900 a day has really been working for me. I was floundering doing the intermittent fasting before... I was 112 then gained to 117 and now after just a few weeks I'm back down to my LW 112 again :3 And beyond!! Let's goooo
