A conscious life also includes wanting to know whether my actions are in line with my intentions. Seeking feedback from the world around me in order to have an indication of whether I may need to readjust or correct my course❗

You don't have to be the best and 100%. You just have to be “good enough” whatever that is for you. You can never achieve 100% perfectionism which only unnecessarily distracts you from real growth! The only feeling inside you is the feeling of being "good enough"❗

In the case of dependency problems and addictions, it cannot be overlooked that awareness and the truth are actively avoided and fled from❗

Are you present with yourself when you are in communication with others or do you build up a kind of wall in front of you? Then you are in your head but not in the here and now with the other person❗

In the case of addictions and dependencies such as alcohol, drugs or similar, the intention is to alleviate fear and pain, to escape the awareness of feelings of powerlessness and despair. Fear and pain are not eliminated, they are only dampened in consciousness❗⏳

You can't change your personality overnight. It's a process that takes years. It's not a sprint like many people think so they don't have to change much. You can slowly rewire your brain in a different direction. You can start the process with purpose, self-respect, awareness❗🗝️

When you become dependent on alcohol or drugs, you avoid those states of exhaustion or depression or discomfort that are meant to mask them.

We all have our emotional fears, but the good thing is that we ALWAYS grow out of them 1. become aware of what emotional issues you have 2. become aware of where it is putting your true self under the bushel. 3. don't run away from it when it comes up 4. feel through it.

For example, if you have depression or emotional anxiety, people don't want to feel or confront that pain, so they turn to alcohol or drugs. This numbs the pain, but in reality, it makes it worse. This phenomenon is also called the Cassandra Effect. --> negative downward spiral❗

If you experience lack within, you send out lack and then ultimately receive lack. The same with sending out desires; if you desire something fervently but come from lack within, you get more of what you have, namely lack❗🔃

You can't build charisma with a little charisma training on the surface on the outside. Charisma comes from deep fulfillment on the inside and connected to the inner energy and fire. The source of life purpose and meaning from which you draw daily❗🗝️

You have to realize that you can't always control everything in your life. You cannot control and “change” other people against their will only for your resulting positive purpose. Addiction to control often comes from fear and insecurity. Letting go is the magic keyword❗🗝️
