it’s been exactly a year since i received this letter acknowledging that our grounds of appeal in #stansted15 case had been lodged. 52 weeks later (having been granted leave to appeal ~6 months ago) we still have no date for a hearing. the criminal justice system is broken.

[THREAD] NEW: data from Home Office. FOI requests (as partially reported by guardian) show that in the 2nd half of 2019 83 people were deported across a total of 7 flights to 6 countries using 375 security escorts at an estimated cost of almost £1 million.
