Hmmm....Mother's Day. While my presence has currently been in Outworld, I believe my loved ones need me today.

I think I'll take a walk around the grounds, and enjoy the frail sunshine before heading to my room.

It's been some time...and the ambassador of realms is sadly no more...

*frowns intently as she writes on a piece of parchment, her pen scratching quickly across the page* I must procur the safety I once had...

It's that time of year again...I do hope I'm still welcome at Morrigan's annual Halloween party.

*brushes her hair a final time before looking away from her mirror* I'm ready...I do hope @DMCDarkSlayer will accompany me...

Given the current events, I've required solitude to think of how best to proceed...

To reconcile no longer being an ambassador but a fugitive once more..it has taken time and many a scorched being.

Without a doubt I can no longer return to Outworld...to Edenia. I have my ties to Earthrealm but safety may be best enjoyed in Netherrealm.

To juggle one's survival and happiness thanks to a desperate bet on that ousted lunatic...its cost me but it won't take away everything.

I won't let it...

Now that I have a semblance of freedom...there are many things and people I must attend to...dear ones at that...

As humbled as the past events have made me...dare I even return to all I have built in the Earthrealm. Does such failure deserve reprieve?

*lights campfire in the cleared area she chose to rest for the night* I think I will enjoy the solitude until I no longer have a choice...

I think a break from my personal little pity party is much needed. So tonight I'm going out amongst friends.
