This country deserves better. Everyone works hard. By and large we are decent people. The politicians here are useless and Stormont isn’t fit for any purpose. I really despair as it gets worse and worse for our people.

There needs to be some oversight of principals and ensuring that they have implemented time budgets or not. As a teacher and union rep I am hearing and witnessing some terrible stories of principals imposing workloads outside of the previous agreement. This needs addressing now.
