Vikings go 1-1 on the day. We defeated class 3A, 11th ranked, and undefeated Sumner Fredericksburg in the first game 3 to 2. McKenna, Chloe, and Addi all picked up big RBIs. Rachel had 11 Ks. Dropped game 2 to a tough Kee team 2-9. Jeff Linder

Day 1 at Jesup ✅ Beat 3A Crestwood 8-2 in the opener. Rachel with 3 hits. Kaite, Addi, and Ava all with 2 hits a piece. Dropped game 2 to #9 Wapsie Valley 2-11 (5 innings). Rachel picks up 2 more hits and her and McKenna have our only RBIs. Jeff Linder

Jesup Day 2: Lost to Washington in Game 1: 4-5. McKenna and Lauren each with a hit and RBI. Game 2 we beat Indee 5-2. Chloe went the distance giving up just 2 runs with 5 Ks. Kaite scored 3 of our 5 runs with 2 SBs. We end a tough week with a 7-3 record. 17-5 overall. Jeff Linder
