Dear Microsoft! Allowing hardware tokens without the ability to turn off SMS and EMAIL authentication is pointless!

I am appalled by how few vendors have implemented MFA through hardware tokens correctly or in a usable way… Ubiquiti, you better add them!

Yeah, thanks, eventually the system recovered from its hissy fit… overall its working well, but some extended testing with multiple bookings in a row might get rid of these remaining bugs.

Anyone else having lost a Dji Mini 3 Pro drone about 2,264ft (600-700m) out over open water when the RC suddenly reported lost connection? Being told pilot error by DJI flying too low, but checking logs and recalling flight, drone was lost mid-air due to unknown failure.

I get that spam is an issue when it comes to email filtering, but blocking legit customers due to some poor spam filtering practices is not necessarily the answer. Thanks DJI for blocking my email despite it being in response to one of your support emails I received. :-(
