Today marks the end of my internship with Defra UK and time to present our work to the Science Advisory Council. The last 3 months have been a blast. Huge thanks to the amazing Tree Health team and DEFRA for this opportunity. (And super chuffed to win the poster prize 🏆 )

Hazel joined us Defra UK for a 3 month UK Research and Innovation internship researching the benefits of natural regeneration as a method to restore tree cover after pest and disease outbreaks. Hazel won first prize amongst all the other interns for her work on natural regeneration.
