Texas is the 5th most regulated state in the country. If TX is going to continue to attract businesses and entrepreneurs, it needs regulatory reform. Some recent proposals seem to be moving in that direction. txregreform.com/post/coalition… Coalition for Regulatory Efficiency and Reform
