Why not conclude NI was not established?
Anticipated event rate: TAVI 10%, SAVR 15%? Is this correct? Why is SAVR deemed as new Rx??

What is the probability for having structural/genetic problem here?

If we would be able to accurately assess LVEDP (filling pressure) and/or LAP, (how strong) would these mitigate the ‘independent’ association of TR & RVSP with outcomes?

Good initiative on a large number of patients, but the clue probably lies within the staged LBBB strain classification to explain their findings, which was not considered by the authors/editorial. A missed opportunity?
