Y’all feel a way when ppl isolate themselves, so they can process what they have going on and at the same time, you won’t give them the space to be vulnerable, when they’re around you. You basically expect them to show up, the way you see fit. It doesn’t work like that.

I met the saddest version of myself this year. I lost my spark, my mind, and everything. But I’m working on finding my way back to me again.
