This Tuesday, February 26th is World Spay Day! To celebrate the Eau Claire County Humane Association will be giving out $50 spay/neuter vouchers here at the shelter (3900 Old Town Hall Rd.) starting at noon. The vouchers will given out on a first come first serve basis.
