Second grade put on their architect hats. They studied the designs of buildings in Durham, then created their own building designs using collage. Last, they drew blueprints to show the inside of their buildings.

How can you make a person or animal with these materials? K had so much fun creating handmade toys. They made many creative choices in how they arranged the cardboard to make the bodies, and how they matched the textured materials to show their puppet’s details.
