Like Sid, I'm a friendly outsider to the GMC who wants to see it flourish. Sid's recent essay does a better job of anything I've read so far in articulating several of my own concerns about the proposed revision of the Articles.

The Earnest Wesleyan Your point of the past standard as being 'reception' is key here. I hope that approach takes center stage. Lets not try to reinvent the wheel here. Might we simply reaffirm what we have received and clarify what is confusing....
