Yesterday I had the worst experience at KFC Blouberg, I got there and wanted to order a meal that had a burger in, they said there were no burgers, then I changed the order to an All in One feast just to find out they didn't have coleslaw. I ask if I can change the coleslaw....

I ask if I can change the coleslaw for bread, they say no I can only change it for mash and gravy. I tell the lady I don't want the mash and gravy, can't they make another plan? They couldn't, I ended up paying the full amount and didn't get the coleslaw....

No coleslaw, and nothing to replace it with but still paid the full amount! The quality of the food I would rather not speak about because it might be because of the service that everything was offish. KFC
