I have something to say about the garlic press. It’s inefficient, wasteful and a ballache to clean up. Creates more mess and trouble than it saves under the guise of being quicker and easier. It’s duplicitous and it’s been getting away with it for too long.

So two weeks ago, ACORN members paid a visit to have a word. About an hour later we had assurances that work would be completed, and the very next day, contractors began turning up and repairs are finally underway. ✊️

I have found this frankly wonderful archive of a Northern Ireland primary #school disco in the 1960s while working on a report and it might be the best thing I’ve ever seen.
