Cameroon - 2 traffickers specialized in poaching and trafficking in great apes arrested with 2 killed gorillas. Due to corruption they disappeared right after LAGA’s cell visit, and reported- “escaped”. The search is ongoing and the corruption incident is under investigation.

EAGLE Senegal - a Chinese national arrested in a glass eels trafficking crackdown in an exceptional Frence-Senegal collaboration. Cecile and her team exposed a vast glass eels criminal operation stretching over several warehouses, locating numerous members of the ring.
