Corn fields in North AL are presenting this problem. Holcus leaf spot caused by the bacterium Pseudomonas syringae results in small, round to oval spots on leaves. Wet and mild weather conditions are in favor of this. Fortunately, it has no impact on yield. Alabama Extension CSES Auburn University
