Have arrived in jaipur to start women empowerment aid work, can't wait to get started! My host family are so lovely too, very warm welcome!

Today was just incredible. I feel so lucky to be working with these amazing women. Today we spoke about our emotions, created a safe place for them to share, understand and accept different feelings they have, followed by exercises of diary writing and meditation. I'm so happy.

And today, we finished the 'I am' wall to remind the women how amazing they are. Every women had to learn and write what they believed in themselves #mentalhealthawareness #womenempowerment #india #strongwomen #iam #ilovemyjob

Just arrived in Delhi to begin my placement with AIIMS psychiatric unit!! Really excited to do some comparative learning in acute psychiatric care, supporting each other internationally in development and research. And after will be writing up my findings/study! #mentalhealthcare
