Tim was an outstanding attorney & a friend since we were students at UniversityOfArkansas. Whether it was at the coffee shop, at the Capital Hotel for lunch or at Catherine & Dan Young's holiday gatherings, I always appreciated Tim's wit & wisdom.

Tim was one of Arkansas's best. He left us way too soon.
