Basdeo lab in TTMI - Trinity Translational Medicine Institute School of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin were delighted to host our summer research internship which got members of the public to partner with us in our research funded by HealthResearchBoard. As well as carrying out research, our interns took part in labs, tried frailty suits and more! #PPI
Very excited to see this study that Paul Hertzog and I led on interferon epsilon and ovarian cancer published in nature! And particularly delighted for Zoe RC Marks and DrNicoleCampbell.bsky.social, joint first authors, whose incredible PhD and postdoc work respectively made this study possible.
