In an imperfect system, should you bias ansi colours on or off? On the one hand colours are extra, so off by default sounds right. On the other hand, you can post-process remove colours, but you can't (readily) add them in, so on by default is less lossy... Dilemma... 🤔

I wanted to have use similar syntax in Scala as Kotlin's "when in range", so I hacked this up.

One day I'll write a line of code using min or max, and get it right the first time... 🙄
