Richard Conte is (IMO) a somewhat overlooked stalwart of film noir. In addition to #TheBigCombo, he appeared in “Call Northside 777”, “The Blue Gardenia”, “Whirlpool” and “Thieves’ Highway.” IIRC, the latter became our host’s intro to the world of film noir. #NoirAlley #TCMParty
